You would share the flat with a woman independent, friendly, considerate and clean. I am trilingual and have lived in London for 10+ years. My interests are music, art, travelling, reading, fitness, wellbeing, people, languages... I appreciate sharing a meal if we are both in and hungry and also understand each has their own schedule. The flat is my safe space, haven, I want to find someone who appreciates, respects maintains and needs such a space too, this is for someone who looks for a quiet space. No parties.

downstairs. A kitchen with oven, microwave, gas cooker, washer. A living room with huge windows + balcony facing south. Two bedroom flat with laminate floors. Bedrooms upstairs separated by staircase. Separate all tiled toilet. Fairly new bathroom (with bath + sink).

The room: furnished with double bed, bedside table, lamp, desk(if needed), built-in wardrobe, shelving unit.

Fiber Internet but NO TV

TO COUNT LARGE YOU NEED TO ADD APPROX. 100GBP FOR BILLS ON TOP OF RENT (=TOTAL 890GBP)

15Min walk to Brixton station / Brixton Village (with many food outlets from all over the world)

Up and coming area with a lot going on (nightlife, day life, events, cinema...)

5mn to Loughborough Junction station and bus stop

Brockwell park is 20 mn walk away and smaller green areas/parks closer to the flat as well (Max Roach, Myatts Field, Ruskin Park etc.)

Small supermarket 5-10mn walk

Brixton & Camberwell high streets & markets are only a few bus stops away or 15 mn walk both ways.
Stockwell and Oval stations are also at walk-able distances (Northern line)
