I am currently working overseas, and therefore looking for a quiet and considerate lodger for my 1-bedroom apartment in Central London (Fitzrovia). The living room has been converted into a small bedroom, that has my stuff stored, but I tend to stay with my parents when in London.
The property:
• The apartment comes furnished with a double bed, cupboards and a wall-mounted TV. Additional furniture can be added. The room has a balcony with some chairs and a table.
• The kitchen has all the standard appliances, including an oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and a dishwasher. Cutlery etc can be included.
• Shower/toilet room.
• 30GB fast wireless broadband (included)
• There is secure access to the building via a fob and a secure area for bike storage accessed via a fob.
• All reasonable bills (electric, water, broadband) are included in the rent. We may need to discuss council tax.
Location:
• The property is located just north of Oxford Street/Soho area, but the flat is very quiet as it is off the main street. The flat is located on the second floor of the building with lift access. NB lift can be temperamental at times, so I tend to use the stairs!
• Tottenham Court Road, Oxford Circus, Goodge Street, Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Euston Square underground stations are all under or approx 5 mins walk away. W1T are the first three letters of the postcode if you want to google the location.
About me
• In early 30’s and currently works in financial services. Interests include fitness, gym, eating out and travelling. Generally, a liberal person. Currently working overseas, so you will have the place to yourself.
You:
• I am ideally looking for a quiet and considerate person for the flat. I would be keen for someone that does not smoke and keeps the noise to a minimum for the neighbours. Someone who is self sufficient if some things go wrong with the flat and is able to arrange suitable repairs after consulting with me.
