A very comfortable double bed in a good sized double bedroom, fully furnished, in a quiet corner of Waynflete Square. There is plenty of bed linen and towels in the airing cupboard, shampoo & soaps in the bathroom and teas & coffee in the bedroom (I used to do Airbnb!).

The sitting room is south facing, overlooking a well maintained square, with lovely trees and shrubs.

Latimer Road tube station, which serves the Hammersmith & City line and the Circle line, is a mere 2 minute walk away. These lines go directly to Baker St., Regents Park, Kings Cross & St Pancras and Liverpool St stations.

The shops are also a mere two minute walk away and Westfield shopping centre is a 15 minute walk away, and Shepherd's Bush station on the Central line tube station is not far from there, as is White City tube station.

There is a lovely community here; I love where I live.

There is a small cafe, Grounds of Arabica, 5 minutes walk in one direction and in the opposite direction is my favourite delicatessen, Adriana's - good quality food and great coffee! They still do coffee, albeit takeaways! Five minutes walk from Adriana's is a lovely small park. For garden lovers, right next to the park is my kitchen garden, a wonderful haven. You are welcome to use it.

If you don't want any of those, you could spend some time in Bay20, a modern community centre, where you can help yourself to free teas, coffees and biscuits! Unfortunately you will have to wait until it's open and back to 'normal'.

My kitchen is well stocked (I love cooking) and you are welcome to use any of the condiments, spices, oil, teas and coffee.

I'm in the process of installing a new router and broad band speeds are expected to be about 38Mbps.

Just a couple house rules: - no showers after 10pm and generally keeping noise down to a minimum and no shoes in the flat.

I would particularly like two females who are in full time employment and the charge then would be £500 each pcm.
