The room is beautifully furnished and I originally bought the furniture from the previous flatmate as part of the deposit.
The rent is incredibly cheap (incl. all bills) for this area but the only CATCH is, I would require a ONE-OFF payment of £400 (negotiable) for the all furniture. The furniture money would go directly to me.
The reason is, we had a different deposit system a few years ago and now it is fixed and I will never get that money back. I love living here, esp. having a garden and lovely flatmates. I'm still finding it difficult to leave this house :)
