Hi, I am looking for a potential tenant to take over my place for a double room vacany near Portobello market/Notting Hill. The room is available from end of June. There are 3 (July, August, September) more months remaining in my contract. After this, you can have the contract extended based on your need.

It is a large double room with a chest of drawers, a cupboard, a mini sofa along with a double bed. The room also has a big table that can be used as a work station. The room has nice ventilation and a good view from the room. You will be sharing the house with 3 of my flatmates (Joe, Elisavetta and Ophir) who are in their early 20s and a good group of people - working and studying. You will be sharing the kitchen, toilet and bath room with the others in the house. There is a lady who comes in to clean the house (the common areas of the house) weekly. There is a great internet connection, all utensils in kitchen. Its fully furnished in that aspect.

The house is like a 5-10 min bus ride from Notting Hill gate and Ladbroke Grove station is a 5 min walk. Barlby road bus stop is just a few hundred metres from the house (2minute walk). There is a big Sainsburys and Tesco both at walking distance from the place. Not to mention the locality is quite lively with lots of cafes around. Porotbello market is just a few minutes walk away.

The landlady is a nice and warm person who is an architect/designer in London

The place would be available from late June or early July. This is flexible and is open to discussion.
