We have a very big and bright single room with double bed in our flat in the heart of Notting Hill.
The flat is on two floors, with one bathroom and one toilet and a very big kitchen. In the flat there are 3 other single rooms (4 flatmates in total).
The flat and the room are fully furnished.
The room has one double bed (with new mattress) one desk with chair, one wardrobe and one chest of drawers.
The flat has new windows, new heating and radiators.
The kitchen has everything you need, two fridges, oven, microwave and a new washing machine.
There is wooden floor all over the flat except on the internal stairs, that are covered with carpet. In the kitchen, toilet and bathroom there is laminated floor.

The flat location:
5 minutes walk from Portobello road
4 minutes walk from Westbourne park tube station
10 minutes walk from Notting hill gate tube, Queensway tube and Bayswater tube.
Buses: 7, N7,70,31,28,328,23, N23,27. Less than 2 minutes walk.
The area is quiet and full of supermarkets and off licenses.

The price is £720 and all bills are included. Is requested to pay 1 month rent in advance and 1 month deposit.

The room is available from the 1st of May.
