Big double room with lots of storage to rent in White City- Available 18th November!! BILLS INCLUDED!!

Hi!

I am moving in with some friends from University (who are at long last moving down to London) so will sadly be leaving my big double room in White City (zone 2)- right across from the Tube station, easily the best location I’ve ever lived in London!

The room is a big furnished double with a desk for WFH and lots of storage (seriously more than you can imagine, and there are also more closets around the house if needed). There are a lot of other advantages as well:

🚇 The house is across the street from White City station -central line, night tube (literally 30seconds, super safe for coming home late) + 2 min walk to Hammersmith & City Line & 15mins to Overground.

👟 5 minute walk to Westfield White City, walking distance to Hammersmith, Notting Hill, Holland Park. There are lots of ammenities around as well, with Shepherd’s Bush just a 10-ish minute walk away (Lidl, McDonalds, fruit market etc).

📝 My contract ends on 25th of February 2025 (can be renewed), but when I joined the house I signed my own new contract as opposed to taking over from the previous tenant, so I know the agency is super flexible. You can leave at any point with one months' notice and/or a replacement. You also are on your own contract, so not reliant on any of the other roommates’ schedules and can be flexible!
‼️ You don’t need a UK guarantor, just proof of income + a housing reference to pass agency referencing‼️

The agency is quick to deal with issues & all bills are included except wifi which makes things so nice and hassle free!!!

🏠 The house has a large living room, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, incredible backyard for summer, & large kitchen. Also includes washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher (hard combo to find in London!) The room has a desk so you can WFH as needed!

👥 You'd be living with Hayley (24, Canadian), Sophie (23, New Zealander), Sam (27, English), & Joe (23, English). As a group we like the occasional drinks around the house but also have our own friends and enjoy our own space, so it’s a perfect balance. I’m looking for someone similar age who is tidy & friendly to replace me with this bunch! ☺️

💵 The room price is set by the agency at £1043 (incl. all bills except wifi). There is a deposit equal to 1 months’ rent to be paid. The contract would start around 18th November (can be slightly flexible).
