I am looking for someone to replace me in my current housing contract as I cannot leave on medical grounds. I have fallen ill and cannot move into the property and need to live with a carer. I will be able to leave if someone replaces me. The flat is currently home to 2 girls and one non-binary person, who are very welcoming an caring. They can be introverted but are also happy to be sociable as well.

The other tenants are very clean, respectful of personal boundaries and privacy so it is a great environment to live in, would highly recommend living with them. 2 students attend Kingston University and the other attends Queen Mary University of London.

PETS: Small pets are allowed such as hamsters, but cats and dogs are NOT currently approved by the landlord.

Bills are not included but we have everything set up already with companies so you will have access to Wi-Fi, water, gas and electric as soon as you move in. Please see the room labelled as "Room 4" on the floor plan as the available room.

1. Two forms of original picture ID (driving licence, passport etc)

3. Three months bank statements with address clearly stated
4. Previous landlords’ reference letters
5. Three months payslips / Work visa

Students:

1. Two forms of original picture ID (driving licence, passport etc)

3. Guarantor’s letter, copy of ID and three months bank statements
