We are looking for someone to move in starting from now.

The total surface area is 142 square meters = 1530 square feet and has 2 bathrooms.

The double room is 3.80m x 3.05m. There are 2 bathrooms and the living room is super big (8.05m x 5.50m).

The room is furnished with a double bed, 2 wardrobes and 2 bed stands.

There is also a balcony 3.05m x 1.35m, connected to the living room, and a communal garden private to the building.

Waitrose, Tesco, Argos are within 1 min walk, same goes for bus stations.
Hyde Park is 4min walk away.
Marble Arch/Edgeware road stations are within 5min walk, Baker street within 10min walk.

We go to Fitness First/Puregym/KOBOX/Xen-Do which are around 10min walk, or 4min run.

We are 2 professionals working in the financial industry (Canary Wharf and Victoria), stable and hassle free.

The door phone inside the flat is equipped with a screen displaying the different entrances.

Concierge is 24/7 for full security. There is a private car garage underground too.
