Modern, Light, Friendly Flat - Central/West London

Hello!

My lovely, modern, light apartment has one spare double room (of two rooms in total).

The room comes with its own bathroom, a double bed, a big window and plenty of storage etc. The kitchen is fully kitted out and there is a washing machine, drier and dishwasher. The adjoining living room has loads of natural light, a big sofa, TV, netflix, and wifi etc.

It is in a great position, 3 mins walk from Paddington and Edgware Road and 15 mins walk from Hyde Park and Notting Hill. There are endless bars and restaurants in the area, ranging from cheap n easy to more fancy. There are a bunch of supermarkets within 5 mins walks too. It is also very near the canal which is great for walks.

The apartment is part of an apartment block, so has a very friendly 24hr reception, an elevator and is very secure. There is also an underground carpark with one space available (for an extra cost if required)

I am originally from London and am working for the UK civil service. I have been working abroad for most of the last ten years, mainly in east Africa, South America and the US and have recently moved back to London. I work pretty long hours but am in the flat some evenings and some weekends. I am looking for someone laid back, friendly and reasonably tidy.
