I am looking for a flatmate for this great en-suite double bedroom that is available to rent from 10th of January 2022, as my current flatmate is leaving the country.
The flat is situated in a safe street near Paddington Station in a modern building with concierge, 2-min walk from St Mary's hospital. Plenty of amenities around the area including M&S food within a 3-min walk, and also walking distance to Little Venice as well as Hyde Park/Marble Arch and other London hot spots. The flat also has a large open plan living room and kitchen, where you can set up your workstation if necessary, though the bedroom is big enough for it as well (if a remote workstation is needed).
I am a data professional working in central London, having a hybrid model of working from home and travelling to the office 1-2 times a week. Among other things I enjoy reading, having a pint or two, and going around London discovering new places.
