One of three rooms in this sweet top floor flat. Current tenants are one female lawyer and one female marketing manager who love our snug. The flat has Hyde Park in view from the balcony and is just 5-10 mins walk from Lancaster Gate (Central line), Bayswater (District/Circle line) or Paddington (Bakerloo or Hammersmith lines). Within 10/25 mins walk of Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill and Oxford St. In all - perfect location and transport links! The room is furnished with a double bed (storage underneath), large triple door wardrobe and chest of drawers. Furniture can be moved around to make space for a desk if you need to wfh. Living room has tv/comfy couch. Small (perfectly functional) kitchen with dishwasher. Access to a lovely balcony which is a perfect sun trap in summer.
