I am looking for a young professional female to live in a two bedroom flat. The flat is located on the border of Marylebone, just a stones throw away from Hyde Park. The area is great, and couldn't be any more central! The flat is located in a portered block with 24 hr security, so it is very safe and great for parcel deliveries :) I am moving out and am also the landlord so the moving in Property process will be really simple.

The flat is newly refurbished and has a lovely lounge area, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. I like to keep the place clean so would like someone who is fairly tidy.

Ideally would like to find a female professional in late twenties/ thirties. No party animals, but someone who is friendly, clean and relaxed.

There are amazing transport links in the area- 3/4 mins walk to Marble Arch station (Central line), 3/4 mins walk to Edgware road station (Circle, Hammersmith and City, District, Bakerloo lines), 7 mins walk to Paddington (Heathrow Express, Bakerloo, Hammersmith and City, Circle and District Lines), 10 mins walk to Bond Street (Circle, Jubilee lines) and lots and lots of bus links heading all over London!
