This is a 10 min walk to Gunnersbury / Acton Town tube and Chiswick Business park and 20 mins into central London.

The Room
The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, dressing table and hanging rail. and TV. On the landing outside your room there is a toaster/kettle, microwave and mini fridge if you want your own private kitchen space.
There is high speed broadband internet access (wi-fi).

The ground floor of our house has a separate reception room to the front and an open plan, spacious kitchen/dining area to the rear with folding doors leading onto a landscaped, decked and turfed 45ft garden and downstairs toilet.
You must be clean and tidy and able to provide a reference.
This room has previously been let on ABnB and received very good reviews but we now want a regular guest under the current situation.
