I am sadly moving out of my amazing house share in Chiswick/Turnham Green (W12) as I am relocating up north and my double room has become available in a 6 bed homely, tidy and social flat.

 THE HOUSE:

The house was renovated 3 years ago so still near new and comes with a fully equipped kitchen (utensils included) with all modern appliances a shared living room with comfy sofas and TV with Netflix!

Upstairs we also have a separate washing machine and dryer.

We also have a great outside decking area which looks onto the courtyard, perfect for catching the sun and chilling in the summer.

THE ROOM:

The room is on the 2rd floor and comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, large chest of drawers, a double bed (very comfy), a bedside table (with draws) and a full length mirror.

You will be sharing the bathroom with only two other housemates with great storage space behind the glass cabinet.

FLATMATES

You will be sharing the flat with 5 other professional working girls all in their 20’s who are absolutely lovely and from all over the world.
We enjoy hanging out together in the evenings watching tv and cooking dinner together but also appreciate each others space.

BILLS & REFERENCING

The rent is £743.13 which is paid on the 1st of the month and includes all bills (gas, electricity, council tax and broadband) which makes everything super easy.

Deposit will be 1 months rent (£743.13) and no referencing will be needed.

AREA

We are located in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 minutes walk from Turnham Green and Chiswick High Road with an abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants.
There is a Tesco Express only 5 minutes away and a large Lidl and Sainburys only 10/15 minutes walk away.

Within a quick walk you can find frequent buses to the City/Notting Hill/Acton & Ealing and we also have a night bus to the West End as well as the Picadilly Night tube which stops at Turnham Green.

I have absolutely loved living in this flat and it has truly felt like a home and the current flatmates are all lovely. I am truly sad to be leaving a great house in an amazing location and I hope you will love it as much as I have
