Chiswick/Gunnersbury double room with balcony

Hi there!

I’m moving out of my gorgeous room in Chiswick Village as I’ve got a new job - the current flatmates are all male, aged 25-30, they’re super tidy & clean and they’re very friendly!

There’s a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks as well, which is an additional £12 per month.

The room has a shared balcony with the room next door, but the main access is through this room (it’s very light and airy, but good curtains to block out the light). The view overlooks the private garden area.
There’s extra storage in a cupboard which is really useful, and the room is a good size which means furniture can be rearranged to make it really feel like yours :)

The flat is located approx. 7 mins walk from Gunnersbury which is district and overground lines, and approx. 15 mins walk from Chiswick Park which is on the district line. Kew bridge Station is also approx. 15 mins walk away which has national rail services and is also quick to Waterloo.
There are bus stops on the other side of Gunnersbury station and near Turnham Green Church, which are all between 7-15 mins walk away, so super connected!!

It’s near to the river (over the footbridge) where it’s very lovely to walk and stop at a pub and look over the river. A couple of stops down on the tube is Richmond, and Kew Gardens is one stop away.

Lastly the high street is full of really nice cafes/restaurants, there’s a co-op on the other side of Gunnersbury station and a big Sainsbury’s nearer Chiswick Park station.
