Modern Rooms in Beautiful Earl's Court Flat

I am looking for two new tenants to replace me and my flatmate in our lovely rooms in Earl's Court due to our university ending early.
The first room is medium sized with lots of cupboard space. It is currently a furnished single room, however there is plenty of space for a double bed, so if that is preferred I can remove the single bed when I leave.
The second room is slightly smaller, currently furnished as a double room. If it is preferred there is definite potential to swap the beds between the two rooms to leave more space in the smaller room.
The flat is a three bedroom flat. It was refurbished just last year so is very modern and clean. There is a shared kitchen with plenty of cupboard and fridge/freezer space and a bathroom with a bath and shower. There is a washing machine and reliable fast wi-fi.
The flat is situated on a quiet street so there is no noise pollution to keep you awake at night. The location could not be more ideal! It is only a short (less than 10 mins) walk to Earl's Court tube station, less than 5 mins to the huge 24 hour Tesco, and about 20 mins walk to Shepherd's Bush and Westfield, so everything is right on your doorstep.
