Double bedroom available on a quiet residential street just 3 min walking from Queen’s Park tube station. The area has many grocery stores, shops, cafes and restaurants, and the eponymous Queen’s Park is also a 7 min walk. Queen’s Park is well connected to other transport links and is 10 min on the tube from Paddington and 12 min on the overground from Euston.

The room is furnished with a king size bed, desk, and chair, and has a large built-in wardrobe for your use. The living room and kitchen (which you are of course welcome to use as you please!) are quite large, and the flat also has a private garden at the back.

I am a professional woman in my 30s and work from home half the week. The room would be perfect for a professional who has their main home elsewhere but needs to be in London during the week. I am neat and tidy and like to keep a clean flat. I also have a shy but friendly cat. I have an active life and happy to keep to myself, but would very much enjoy sharing a meal/tea/wine together some days as well!
