I have a double room ready to rent.

I am in the heart of west central London zone 1, 2 minutes from Kings Cross and St Pancras station and the Eurostar, 5 minutes from Euston and Russell Square stations and a 20 minute walk from Holborn, Oxford Street, Regents Park and Camden town.

The property is surrounded by tube stations (6 within 15 minute walking distance, 3 within 5 minutes) universities, museums, cafe’s pubs and restaurants, bookshops,
parks and squares. There is a shopping centre on my doorstep with a large Waitrose (there are 2 large Waitrose within 5 mins walk) and a small Sainsbury’s, a medical centre and many other shops and eating places including New Look, River Island, Nando’s, a gym and a Boots and Superdrug plus a cinema. Although my road is very quiet.

I am a non smoker and vegetarian but welcome non veggies and i am super accommodating, and laid back.

The room is on the ground floor of a grade 2 Victorian listed building. It has a double bed with integrated tv, a desk/table, hanging rails, 2 chests of drawers, a large mirror and a bookshelf.

The rent is £850 pcm.

The kitchen has a washing machine and a dishwasher and we have broadband. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower.

We’re a fairly quiet household but very friendly and easygoing.
