Hello!! This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom flat in zone 1. It has separate WC room and bathroom (no en-suite [only 2 to share]). Russell Square (Piccadilly Line straight to Heathrow) is in 'spitting distance' and Kings Cross/St Pancras an 8 minute walk. It is also within a 30 minute walk to the South Bank, Oxford Circus, Holborn, Camden Town etc and so many university campuses close by, within 10 minutes' walk...
I am seeking a flatmate who doesn't frequently fry or use garlic/curry in their everyday cooking as the kitchen is semi open plan. Enhanced general cleanliness is required in light of the pandemic, such as using alcohol wipes to clean door handles and light switches, etc. Completion of household cleaning and purchase of cleaning items is to be shared. If you need a short let (4 weeks or less), there will be an additional weekly fee for cleaning services for shared areas. There is a folding/exam desk in the room, but a desk and chair easily fit in if you want to bring these along. Please provide references, preferably in form of college/uni ID and admission letter or previous landlord and I will also be able to provide previous tenant references on request.
