3. New facilities in the room, large bed, stove heats up quickly, oven works well, no problems with water supply
4. Good lighting, as long as there is sun, the room can be lit
5. The neighbors very quiet (I lost my bank card and it was picked up by a neighbor)
6. The reception staff are enthusiastic and efficient. convenient to receive deliveries.
