First of all, thank you for visiting my advert. You are probably looking at living at the most convenient location in London. It is in the heart of London.
In the past, my lodgers have been people who worked in the locality such as doctors, bankers, station managers, internship candidates, Neuroscientists and students who studied at the nearby universities such as UCL, Institute of Education, Birkbeck College, LSE among many others. Another attraction was the transportation. We are located at the hub of all transports. King Cross is just down the road. It's convenient if you need to go across Europe such as Paris or Brussels. It's only 10 mins walk away. Currently, our flatmate is leaving by early June as his internship is due to finish and will be back to Paris where he is based.
We are sadly looking to replace our flatmate. We hope to share the flat with someone easy going, tolerant, friendly, but respects each other's privacy — someone who socialises outside of the living environment.
We are friendly but also respectful of each other's space and privacy. We love cooking, and food can be shared with some arrangments.
I have a reasonably sized, bright, south facing double sized room with a fantastic view. It is located in a quiet spot of WC1 area, which is situated between Angel and Kings Cross. Nearest streets are Amwell Street and Pentonville Road.
It is a good location. It is very central and yet quiet. The room has the skyline view of London and overlooking a park which is situated on the side of the building. Yes, we are fortunate to have the trees next to us, which makes the area a more suburb feels to it. Georgian and Victorian buildings also surround the area. A beautiful residential area populated by City Workers professionals or Solicitors/lawyers working for the Old Baileys and various Courts or magistrates from Grays Inn Road or Clerkenwell road.
