If you want to access central London without using public transport, this is an amazing place to be based, as so many locations can be reached on foot or bicycle. There is also space for bicycle storage just inside the main entrance to the building, if you have a bike of your own. Despite its central location, we are off the main road and the building is quiet. The neighbours are also quiet and friendly, and thick walls help to block out any residual noise between units.
You would be joining a girl (a civil engineer) and a guy (a software engineer). We're looking for one person to replace the third flatmate, who's moving away from London. The other two are planning to leave as well in mid-September, so you would have the opportunity to put together your own household at that point. If that doesn't appeal, we will also consider a short-term let.
In all, the flat includes:
