This house has two full bathroom areas including two showers areas and two toilets. This room has views onto Little Newport street, situated near Exit 3 of the Leicester Square underground station.

Right in the middle of all the action, opposite the side of the Hippodrome Casino.

The walls are all white with a durable modern hardwearing floor, there are venetian blinds on the windows and also blackout blinds.
Heating and secondary glazing. Furnished to a high standard with modern white furniture, double bed and two seater sofa with ample wardrobe space and a fridge in the room. Freeviw TV has been installed to view on a 39 inch lcd screen which is wall mounted.

Kitchen is fully equipped including, toaster, kettle, oven, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board.

There is no communal lounge area. Shared kitchen and bathroom. NO en suite available.

To secure the room pay £200 holding deposit. Total deposit is £800. The rent is pro rata and payable in on the day you move in along with the balance of the deposit £600
