The room we are renting has a walk in closet and is furnished with a bed.
The flat is walking distance to both Charing Cross and Embankment tube stations.
You will be sharing the flat with two Professionals and sharing a bathroom with another female (hence the preference for a female tenant sorry gentleman!)
The flat has three bathrooms. One downstairs for guests and two upstairs.
The flatmates are really clean and friendly . We often share a nice meal or a glass of wine.
The flat is located in an amazing neighborhood. It is less than 10 min walk to covent garden, 15min to Piccadilly and Soho.
It also has a great transportation coverage. Bakerloo, district, circle, northern lines are within 2 minutes walk.
We also have a cleaner once per week to clean the entire flat.
Bills are about 100 GBP per month (including 40 for our cleaner). One off fees would be the GBP 300 due to Foxtons for the change in tenancy agreement and the deposit paid to the outgoing tenant. Once you live in you will receive a deposit confirmation letter.
Please send me any questions you have. We are looking for someone to move in December 15th.. Happy for you to move your things in before that but we can't offer you to stay until the 15th.
