The room comes with sole use of a gorgeous rain shower room, underfloor heating, and handmade concrete tiles, making this a very luxurious space.

The room is in an exceptional house just off Chatsworth Road - it has undergone a major extension and re-design.

Garden is south facing and full of flowers, with plenty of space for you to sit outside and enjoy an aperitif.

Myself and my husband have lived in the area for over 6 years, and it's without doubt our favourite place in London - so close to the bustle of city life, yet just a few minutes walk from the canal and the endless green space that is Hackney Marshes. We feel incredibly lucky to have such a gem of a home in such a wonderful location.

We both work during the day, I work in the wine industry so if you like wine that's a bonus! My husband works in design. Most evenings we like to cook food and relax around the table, maybe watch a film - we love entertaining, but usually over the weekend, so this isn't a party house!
