Huge bright room in Lower Clapton

I have a lovely room available beginning of December - flexible start date.

Are you looking for a short term / flexible rental? Happy to start with 1-2 months as a trial period, longer term may be possible.

The room itself is large, bright and has a bathroom next door. The bed is on a mezzanine level, plenty of wardrobe and plenty of desk space underneath.

Communal open plan kitchen/living space, with lots of light and high ceilings in a converted garment factory to share with female flatmate and 3 cats. I eat mostly vegan / vegetarian at home but very relaxed, i do prefer no meat in the house.

The flat is situated close to lower clapton road which great local food shops and parks close to Hackney Downs, Millfeilds Park the Marshes and Canal. Hackney central and Hackney Downs are 10 min walk away and there are many buses to surrounding areas into central london.
