2 Double Rooms available in Lower Clapton

Hello,

We have a spacious double room available in a lovely, large professional houseshare all available from now. The home is in Lower Clapton- 2 min to Chatsworth Rd which is full of restaurants/bars/shops and 10 min to Homerton station.

The room is 610/pcm plus bills. Bills are monthly around £65- £70. We can also arrange short term rent.

The house has a very large kitchen/dining connected with a back yard garden and a separate common living room on the upper floor. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub, one with a shower. The kitchen features an oven, ample fridge space, and a washer.

The house has 4 bedrooms in total. Unfortunately, our 2 lovely flatmates are living for different reasons so we are looking for 2 replacements (1 room left).

We are 3 professionals between 27 and 31 YO, all from different nationalities. Ross just recently moved with us. Hanna and I live there for more than a year now. It is always a good atmosphere, having some chat with a drink from time in the living room. We also like to have our own space.

It is a really lovely home in an excellent location.
