Hello !!

We have a room available in our large terraced house. Available for the beginning of March (no couples). We have a large shared lounge and kitchen, and a cat named Ilford. The house has a separate shower and bath with toilets upstairs and downstairs.

It's a mid-sized room with window overlooking gardens (west-facing window). The room is available for ~6 months for now, but the Landlord contract is expected to roll over. The rent includes all bills, including internet and council tax. The room will be unfurnished with an option of keeping the single bed it has at the moment.

10 minutes walk from Hackney Central overground station, 24h bus and plenty of cafes and shops. 15 minutes walk from Hackney marshes.

We are currently two girls and two guys (Mixed gender and sexuality house) from Czechia, Australia, England, and Germany. Professionals, tidy and respectful.
I am working in university admin, Michaela is working at a brewery, Thomas is a computer science post-doc and Maz is working in business development.

We like to socialise together over a drink or dinner, listen to music, etc., but also live our own lives. (Not so much a party house). A couple of us are currently working from home, though all meetings take place in bedrooms, so it doesn’t feel like the house is an office/call centre.

We are looking for someone that is relaxed, friendly, clean and is covid19 responsible.

We will start with a quick video call introduction then move onto a viewing.
