You will share this garden flat with 1 more person - thats’s me! I’m a music industry professional working part time from home and part time from the office.
The flat will work for you if you have a busy lifestyle and not working from home full time. Sorry no couples or full time students..
Your double room is in the basement facing the gardens so very quiet. It comes furnished with a bed frame (will come in new upon request) or unfurnished and has an ample storage space as part of the room.
We have a cosy kitchen with lots of plants and one bathroom. Sadly no living room but a massive private garden is a great extension to the flat during spring/summer and autumn months. Otherwise Hackney Marshes is round the corner too!
I’m pretty chilled but busy creative person and like to keep the flat clean and calm (so looking for someone who thrives in this kind of environment too) but enjoy a nice chat and a hang out in the garden occasionally. I also have a super cute black cat so i guess not minding that is a bonus.
Ideally looking for a 6 months or longer lease direct to landlord.
