The room - It's a spacious double room with great natural light. It comes with a bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe as well as an additional storage closet. As the room is at the back of the flat above the garden it is really quiet.

The flat is a great 2 floor flat with a large new kitchen and bathroom as well as a shared living room and bathroom. We also have a big outdoor patio (which the neighbours cats love) which is great for barbecues or morning coffees.

You'll be sharing the flat with Jordan (27) and Morgan (22). Jordan works as an office administrator and Morgan is an actuary. They're both really easy going and fun guys to be around. They enjoy going for a drink at the pub, chilling out in the flat, chatting rubbish and generally being all round great guys.

The area is great - You're 30 seconds from Hackney Downs park, 5 minutes from Hackney Downs station and 10 minutes from Hackney Central station. There's also a bus stop right outside of the flat that takes you all the way through to Angel, Islington. Great pubs and shops nearby will have you sorted.

Move in date is from 10th November.
