I am ideally looking for a female/male in their late twenties to early thirties, who is easy going, considerate & tidy.

Rent and bills
The rent is £600. 00pcm which includes most bills water, electricity.

The room is available from the 15th of March 19 there is a deposit and the rent is due on the 1st of each month also proof of ID is acquired.
