I have 2 x furnished double rooms available now. Ideally you will be independent, clean, tidy and sociable. You must be an animal lover….as I have 2 x beautiful diva cats.
Would be great to get together once a week for a shared meal over a glass of wine or bbq in the summer.

I take home security seriously, not into bumping into strangers wandering around, so definitely not a party house!

The bedroom is newly decorated, with curtains, carpet, king/double bed, mirror, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedding, linen and towels supplied.

Room 1 - dimensions are 4.5m x 3.5m.
Room 2 - dimensions are 3.5m x 3m

Rooms are on first floor of terraced Victorian house, bathroom will be shared by you and one other. Spare room adjacent to bathroom for drying/ironing laundry.
Guests by request only.

Newly decorated large shared sitting room, downstairs toilet, and kitchen diner on ground floor. Garden and patio are accessed via kitchen diner..
Kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, utensils, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine etc.
Rent includes bills. House is in Council Tax Band D.

House is set on a pleasant tree lined residential street with friendly neighbours, a short walk to Homerton Station, and buses. Chatsworth Rd with its market, bars and shops is two streets away; as are the canal and Hackney Marshes - a big open green space, great for walks and cycling.
You are within easy reach of Stratford, the Olympic Park, and the City. Hackney Central is a 10/15 minute walk..
