A lovely room has just opened up in our cozy home. Move-in date would be March 1st, but the date is slightly flexible in case you need to move in earlier.
We’re located 15–20 mins walk from Homerton station and Hackney Central station, and you’ve got the 242 right at our doorstep. The house is in Lower Clapton, near Chatsworth Road and Hackney Marshes.
Rent is £725 pcm, plus bills (£100–£200 range for bills, council tax and internet). The room is a furnished double bedroom with a desk and lots of storage space. The house comes with a lovely garden and when we have some sun, we love to hang out and chat.
You’ll be sharing with three other lovely girls. We all get along and would really love to have someone considerate who’s looking for a place to call home. We’re out of the house day-to-day, we cook, watch TV and boogie when we’re feeling up for it.
