Room in creative house just off Chatsworth Road

I am renting out my room from 10 September for at least the next 8 months. Our house is situated in an amazing location just off trendy Chatsworth Road with cafés, shops, supermarkets, parks and pubs all just around the corner. You'll be sharing the house with a Portuguese architect, a German photographer, an Australian theatre director and a Scottish member of a think tank.

My room is the front room and has got nice big bay windows. I have fitted a well-sized desk just in front of the windows so you'll get lots of natural light when working at the desk. You'll sleep on a double size bed (140cm x 200cm, bed not shown on the photos). There is a chest of drawers (5 drawers), a shelf unit where you can put all your stuff, a fitted bookshelf and a rail with hangers for clothes. My room is medium-sized, meaning it's not the smallest in the house.

The real selling point of our house is the beautiful back garden that some of us have breakfast in or do BBQs in. I am looking for someone easy-going that would get on well with the other flatmates and is respectful with my things.
