My lovely flatmate of 5 years is moving home to Ireland so there is a double room available from the first week in September in our two bed flat just behind Holloway Road station.
The flat is on the second floor, with a decent kitchen and separate living room. There is a generous bathroom with a bath/shower, sink, wc and a separate smaller room with wc and sink.
The bedroom is lovely, bright and spacious. The flat has been self furnish but all bedroom furniture will stay if needed.

The flat is walking distance to lots of supermarkets including a big Morrison’s, Aldi and Waitrose.
A 1 minute walk to Holloway Road station on Piccadilly line, bringing you straight to Kings Cross and Heathrow, and a 10 minute walk to Highbury & Islington Station with great links on the Victoria line and Overground. If your cycling during Covid it is a 10 minute cycle to the cycle highway through Farringdon. The building has a secure covered bike shed for residents.
A short stroll to Upper Street/Angel where there are many restaurants for a great evening out.
Fantastic links to green spaces. Short cycles to Hampstead Heath and London Fields. Walking distance to Finsbury Park. Alexandra Palace and Crouch End are a quick bus journey.
Closer to home Highbury Fields is a stones throw away with lots of lovely cafes and take away restaurants on the way for an evening/afternoon in the park.

My ideal flatmate would be female, aged 25-35, social but enjoys their own space. Someone who is happy to share the odd meal, glass of wine or watch some TV from time to time.
The flat is rented from a housing agency so will need one months rent in addition as a deposit. Bill's not include but come to £110 (council tax, gas & electricity, wifi&tv bundle) .
