The Double Room is cosy with a big window that lets in lots of natural light. The room is partly furnished – with a double bed frame included. The rest of the house is furnished.

We are looking for a young professional aged between 22 – 30. We are two women aged 23, we are a sociable house; we enjoy cooking, art, listening/dancing to music, and when this is all over a nice pint at the pub! We appreciate that everyone’s schedules are different so enjoy time together when we can, but also are respectful of each other’s space.

Great location - situated 15mins from Sydenham and Penge, and 10 mins from Lower Sydenham, giving us access to the overground, TFL trains straight to London Bridge and lots of buses. We have a big Aldi and Sainsburys within 5 mins walking distance, as well as Sydenham high street.
