I am hoping for a clean and very tidy person to share my home with. I have cats so the gits will want your attention sometimes :). You would have use of the whole house, garden and parking is available, bills are included.

The bed room is fully furnished with a 4 draw bed base, small wall cupboards, shelves, Plus a small desk, you have your own TV/DVD/Wifi and SkyQ in your room. But of course you are welcomed to use the tv and skyQ in the living room. You also have your own fridge freezer in the kitchen although I may use the freezer from time to time if mine is full.

Bed linen and towels Inc. You can of course bring your own.

I am located in Lower Sydenham, nearest station is Lower sydenham (5 mins walk from the house) and it's a 20mins train ride to Charing Cross or Canon Street stations. Large Sainsbury's, aldi, Next and maccy D (if you fancy that early breakfast or late night Big Mac) are only 5mins walk and gym around 3mins walk away.

About me: I am professional working person in the IT field.

I am into motorsports and have my own track car, I love to cook .. BBQ's are my thing but i can also turn on the Gordon Ramsey style of cooking too. :)

Just to mention again that I do look after my home and I expect my house mate to also respect it too and keep all areas of the house clean and tidy including your own room.
