There is a shared living room with 50'' TV (Netflix & Amazon Prime included!), sofa bed, table with 6 chairs and balcony.

The flat is very bright and plenty of storage (there is also an additional small room with no window used as a storage).

The room is very bright and spacious, with the option to have it unfurnished if you wish to bring your own stuff.
In terms of furniture, apart from the wardrobe everything else is optional, and I’m happy to provide a desk if needed.
If you’re working from home full time like me, we could agree on different days to use the living room, the flat is big enough to allow flexibility ;)

It’s located in a very nice area, less than 5 min walk to Westbourne Park station and the canal, 15 minutes walk to Little Venice & Portobello, and plenty of buses right at the doorstep (31, 18, 328, 28, 36 etc.).

The heating and hot water is centralised and included in the rent, together with the broadband.
Council tax is only £60 per month (so £30 each) as it is Westminster Borough.
Other bills to be considered:
- Water (about £20 per month each)
- Electricity (around £15 per month each)
- TV Licence (once a year)

About me:
I'm a professional working from home Mon-Fri and a passionate rock climber.
I'm not that kind of person having people over and party every other day, but I do enjoy cooking for some friends, watching a movie together and having a laugh along the way!
I love to be tidy and clean and I'm looking for someone with the same mindset.

The flat is managed by an agency, any issue they promptly come and sort it out and there is a reference & income check to pass.

- weekdays: after 6pm
