Beautiful double bedroom in Queens Park

I am looking for a professional roommate, who is respectable and enjoys socialising. The room itself is a small double bedroom, which is bright and airy, with plenty of privacy as it’s located far away from the 1st bedroom. The room has a beautiful tall Georgian style ceiling and large window, which offers plenty of natural light. There is a wardrobe within the room and a double bed will be available from the move in date (negotiable whether you want to bring your own bed). All bills are included and this includes Sky Sports, BT Sports and contents insurance.

Queens Park tube station and Westbourne Park tube station are both a 10 minute walk away, with four separate tube lines available, the flat is positioned very well for commuters wishing to travel to either central or into the city.

Nearby Queens Park has plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and food shops. Bravington Road is a very quiet, safe and leafy road - sometimes you forget that you are in London because it is so quiet!

I enjoy socialising, watching sports, going to gigs and dance music events, cooking and exercising. I am very house proud and would like to live with someone who is clean and respects their roommate, but also enjoys a few beers after work!

To clarify, the existing tenancy ends in August 2020, which is why the maximum stay is listed at 9 months. However there is no reason why the tenancy cannot be extended for a further 12 months come August 2020, as I would love to remain in the flat for several years.
