3 Double Bedroom (one with en-suite)

Hi All,

My flatmates have sadly moved out and I have 3 double bedrooms (one with en-suite) available now.

— About the rooms —
The room are a good size and have a big wardrobe storage. One has an ensuite bathroom and they come furnished.

— The property —
The Victorian Town House is set across 4 floors and the whole property is light and bright and recently refurbished, this includes a generous kitchen and living room. The large kitchen has a washing machine, a big fridge, and lots of storage.

The flat is ideally located, only a few minutes’ walk from Queens Park Station and all the local amenities (M&S, pubs, restaurants etc.). Quiet street and pleasant neighbours.

You are able to walk to the centre of town in 40 minutes. Notting Hill is reachable in 10 minutes by walk and you have the wonderful parks of London within a 15 minute run i. e. Hyde Park, Regents Park etc. and Paddington Recreation Centre is very close (3 minutes) by and has tennis courts, outdoor gym and athletics track.

I’m looking for a respectful, tidy flatmate who’s looking for a home not just a room.

I’m 25, Italian, and I’m working as Events Manager for a publishing company. I have lots of interests outside of work including sports, cooking, and travelling and plenty of others!
