The flat has a good sized private roof terrace with BBQ and 6 person dining set.

5 mins walk from Queens Park tube station (Bakerloo Line), 8 mins walk to Westbourne Park tube (Hammersmith & City Line), 10 mins walk to Brondesbury Park (Overground train)

It would be living with me, I run my own lifestyle PR consultancy and currently work 3 days a week from home and then at my nearby office . I work out most mornings (but am quiet) and ensure laptops are closed come evening to chill, cook, watch TV and have a drink (mostly at weekends)

I know it’s a tricky one moving under lock-down but I’m easy going, very work focussed mon-fri then out and about as much as possible at weekends.
