About me - your potential flatmate!:
I'm a retail designer, who when I'm not playing hockey or queuing for the latest gallery installation, loves nothing more than a night exploring local bars, or chilling with a takeaway and film. I am easy going, but take pride in my home and like to keep it clean and neat.

What I am looking for:
A relaxed, friendly flatmate, who may fancy joining me for the odd night out around the area or to chill and cook with.

The flat is currently on the market to be sold (it has been since Christmas) so I am looking for someone flexible to take a monthly rolling contract (with a 1 month notice period).

The area:
The immediate area houses numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and an Everyman Cinema. Paddington Recreational grounds sits at the heart of Maida Vale 5 mins from the flat and offers public tennis courts, running track, gym and astro pitches. Regents Park, Primrose Hill and Hyde Park are a stroll away aswell as the picturesque Little Venice.

Transport:
We sit within close walking distance of four tube stations, Queens Park (Bakerloo line & Overground), Westbourne Park (Hammersmith and City, Circle), Maida Vale (Bakerloo) and Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo). Buses are also just as easy with direct links to Oxford Circus, Camden, and Notting Hill home to Portabello Market.

Rent: £875 per month including bills (£775 as rent for the room and £100 for bills)
(TV, unlimited broadband, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water)
Just a note regarding bills - I am getting bills up and running again so there may be a small increase in the bill amount as the gas/electricity levels itself out with two people living in the flat, at the moment the £100 is based on guess work for the gas/electricity.
