Lovely room available in Maida Vale

i have a lovely room available in a 3 bedroom flat. I am very sad to be leaving but i need to be closer to work. There will be one flat mate staying on called Alex, she is lovely and has been there for a few years! Its the kind of flat where you can be as social or as anti-social as you like.

The flat: In a 3 bedroom, 3rd floor flat. Sharing with 2 other females. It has a living room, separate kitchen, lovely bathroom and wood floors in the communal areas.

The room - It is cosy but you are in a really lovely part of town, it includes double bed, side table and a wardrobe. The drawers are mine and you are welcome to buy them for £20.

We are only looking for females to join the flat.

Rent: £700 per month, bills between £60-£80. Deposit: £960
You'll be required to pay 1st month rent +deposit = £1660
Contract: One year with a 6 month break. If you want to leave in the year, you will need to replace yourself. Our landlord is quite chilled out about this.

Available: 1st December onwards. (Could be earlier if needed)
