Big Double Bedroom in the heart of Maida Vale

Hi there!

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a 2-bedroom flat (no lounge) in a beautiful Victorian house in the heart of Maida Vale.
The flat is located on a quiet street less than 10mins walk away from Maida Vale tube station (Bakerloo line) and Westbourne Park (Circle, Hammersmith & City Line).

The room is a very large double bedroom with a large window that let in plenty of natural light overlooking the rear garden. It includes a big wardrobe, a bedside table, desk with chair and comfy armchair.

The flat itself has a spacious shared kitchen with all the mod cons and a 4 people table. There is a recently renewed shared bathroom that has a bath, shower (good water pressure) and washbasin.

Within a 5 minute walk, there is the post office, grocery shops, Tesco’s, Co-op Food, a beautiful local park and Little Venice for a walk along the canal!

The rent is £700 per month which includes water and free high-speed Internet. The extra expenses for Council Tax, Gas and Electricity is roughly £70.

About me...
I’m a 34 years old architect, I’ve been living in London for 6 years, so I'm used to flat-sharing.

I’m looking for a friendly flatmate to have chat with after work but equally respectful of one other’s space.

I consider myself a very tidy and clean person so I would prefer someone who keeps the share spaces in the same way.
