Large En Suite Bedroom

Hi Guys,

I am looking for someone to replace me in our shared apartment in Maida Vale.

The Room:
It is the master bedroom of the house and it is extremely large! Boasting an en suite bathroom (inc Shower), a large work area, lots of built in wardrobe space and a living area with a sofa and coffee table.

The Apartment:
The apartment is positioned on the second floor within a classic building (Sandringham Court).
It has two seating areas, a dining area and a nice sized kitchen. It also has a utility room/ toilet that has a wash line, washing machine and a tumble drier inside.
There is a communal shared bathroom for the other housemates, so in total; 1 en suite bathroom, 1 communal bathroom and 1 toilet.

Sandringham Court:
The apartment block has a concierge so deliveries and post is conveniently checked in for us.
It has a small gym in the basement but there are many decent local gyms within 5 mins walk.
There is a secure communal bike store inside the building and there is a large outdoor communal garden that's great for the summer.

The area:
It's an extremely nice area with St. Johns Wood, Little Venice and Regents Park just 5 minutes walk. There are great links to the centre via Bakerloo line and lots of frequent busses.
There are many shops close by, including a Esso/ Tesco express on our doorstep,
We also live next to an every man cinema and a really nice pub called the Warrington hotel (our local) which is great for watching sports and socialising with friends.

The Housemates:
You'll be sharing the apartment with 4 really nice guys in their 20's. All varied careers from engineering to insurance to media. It's a nice mix and all the guys are really genuine and down to earth.

Overall, the house is friendly, easy going, social and we are looking for someone who would fit in well. We are very open minded and welcome anyone who wants to come for a viewing.

Final notes:
Bills are roughly £70 per month per person.
I'm looking for someone to move in as soon as poss.
Short term lets (3 months min) considered providing you are ready to move in now, and you are clear on when you plan to move on.
