The apartment is located on the top floor in a lovely mansion block, located 5 mins walk from Maida Vale station.
It is a three bed flat and the other rooms are occupied by one guy (30) and one girl (27) who are both lawyers and have been wonderful housemates.
I am moving in with my girlfriend and ideally looking for someone to take the room from mid-July but I can be flexible.
I have absolutely loved living here, especially during lock down because I have the best room in the flat, situated at the back of the building, so south facing with big windows and overlooks the communal gardens.
The best thing about living here is the location. You can be on the canal walking in little Venice within 8 minutes and you can walk to both Regents Park and Hyde park within about 25mins.
Rent is £1000 per month and bills are approx £120 per month all in (including internet).
