*OTHER ROOMS - There are 3 other rooms in the flat (currently one is unoccupied as well). They share 2 Washrooms (Toilet + Shower) and 1 Toilet (Visitor). Separate toilet helps when we have a get together or friends over.

*FLATMATES: There are 2 other flatmates (1 room unoccupied). 1 American girl who works in US taxation. She has been in the UK for less than a year. She is extremely friendly, talkative and takes the lead to plan all weekend get together :-)... 1 Italian girl who works as an executive assistant. She is extremely polite and always sharing tips on getting Italian recipes right. We are extremely proud of maintaining a homely and friendly environment in the flat.

We are looking for a working professional who respect everyone's space and yet like to socialise once in a while over the weekend.

*ABOUT THE AREA:

*Paddington recreation park is right opposite the mansion block (less than a min away). It has a running track, free-style exercise machines, gym, tennis courts, cricket ground and walking tracks. Absolutely a luxury in the lockdown days as it gives an abode to unwind and yet maintain social distance

*Primrose Hill & Regent's Park is about 20mins walk away. Another lovely open space for walks and organise picnic during summer

*The beautiful little Venice canal is just 10mins walk away. You can take a boat ride or enjoy drinks/food in restaurant next to the canal.

*There are multiple cafes, restaurants and bars within 10mins walk from the mansion block. I would personally recommend to visit The Elgin, Warrington, Summerhouse and Waterway.

*If you are a big fan of watching movies, then there is an "Everyman" cinema just 5mins walk away. I would highly recommend Everyman over any other multiscreen cinema halls.

*DEPOST - Only 1month deposit required. Considering the pandemic time and minimum cash reserve among many people, the property agent will be ok to reduce the deposit amount.
