Short Term

Hi,
* I have found someone for the room full time but room is free for short term let 5th -18th Jan ...25 per day -180 per week

My wonderful, current flatmate is going back to the USA as her visa has sadly run out...so reluctantly I am looking for a new flatmate to replace her. Ideally would like someone who is tidy, sociable but considerate.

I’m reasonably flexible with move in date

The flat is a 6 min walk to Warwick avenue and Maida Vale tube stations or a 15 min walk to Westbourne Park. Also Paddington is 23 min walk and St John's Wood tube is a 30 min wood and Kilburn Park 10 min walk. There are also buses that run very near the house, covering much of central London. In all ,without going on too much, you can see it's well connected!

The flat is of good size and has its own private entrance. It has a large, sunny private garden with BBQ and garden furniture. It has the standard amenities; broadband etc

The room is a double with en suite. It also has it's own access to the garden. There is ample wardrobe space and storage. The price is very reasonable for the area.

I work relatively long hours and have a challenging job so need someone who is respectful of that. However, equally, it would be nice to live with someone who I would spend some time with socially as well and maybe have a few glasses of wine or other beverage now and again.

If you watch like watching movies or like Netflix then that is a bonus!

I enjoy playing sport, particularly hockey, and watching rugby and I also enjoy music and cooking. (You are guaranteed at least one meal!)
