Affordable Room Maida Vale in exchange for support

Affordable accommodation offered in the Maida Vale W9 area, excellent opportunity for any potential female only Homesharers working in the area or very close commute into Central London.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRAVEL
Travelling by public transport is easily accessible as there are so many routes available; with several bus stops only a 2-minute walk away from the house which can take you to Oxford Street in 15 minutes and the train station is 3/4 minutes away. Maida Vale (Bakerloo Line – Zone 2) 10 minutes to Oxford Circus.

ACCOMMODATION
There are shared facilities of the bathroom, living room and kitchen. This particular opportunity is for a female Homesharers is happy to live with a lovely lady in her 80's who is hoping to find help with general housework (cleanliness is very important to the householder) including ironing and cleaning to maintain her lovely home, the Householder is particularly interested in a Homesharer who enjoys their privacy and independence, a non-smoker who is open to other cultures and is able to provide overnight security. She would greatly benefit from having a kind Homesharer who can sit with her and have a friendly chat in evenings provide her with support and companionship.
